Delivery Policy

What are our delivery charges?

All delivery charges will be shown at checkout, before and after confirmation of your order.

Our standard UK charge of £5.50 covers packing and postage, with orders over £40.00 qualifying for free standard delivery. However, if you are using our Ruby Willow vouchers or any other offer codes at the checkout and it brings the order value below £40.00, you will no longer qualify for free standard delivery.

Europe shipping is charged at £20.00.

International shipping is charged at £25.00.

(NB All prices include VAT at current ruling rate.)

When do we deliver?

Standard delivery is by courier or Royal Mail second class,  within three to five working days of your order, with delivery between 8am and 8pm for all UK and International orders. If any products you’ve requested aren’t in stock, we’ll email you to let you know. (Costs shown are per delivery address, per delivery day.)

Where do we deliver?

We deliver worldwide. Delivery to addresses on islands or in remote areas of the UK mainland may take a little longer. If we believe that the delivery address you’ve given may not be not secure (for example, if it’s a communal postal address or PO Box), we may contact you to make alternative arrangements.

What if you are not in when we deliver?

Deliveries are usually made on Mondays to Fridays, between 8am and 8pm. If the recipient isn’t in, our courier will leave a card confirming that they’ve tried to deliver your parcel and that they will attempt to redeliver it at another time.

What if only part of my order has arrived?

If there are any items missing from the order (as detailed in your order confirmation email), please contact customer services at customerservices@rubywillow.uk.com.
